Environmental Technologies Corp. (Hurst, TX) announced that Liberty Technology International, Inc., the company’s refrigerant separation joint venture, has acquired the assets of Refrigerant Recycling Technologies, Inc. (Red Wing, MN). In addition, the company has signed a letter of intent with Concorde Science and Technology, Inc. (Red Bank, NJ) to purchase the remaining 50% interest in Liberty.
