MoreJob bank Web site www.hvacjob. com is growing by more than 50 subscribing companies each month in the hvacr, sheet metal, and energy management controls industries, according to the company.

Ceo and founder Marc Sampson said these websites have distinct advantages over the more well-known job banks. “Because of multiple focuses, they [well-known banks] have difficulty identifying with all the specific needs of their customers, and also don’t know how to locate skilled people in our trades like we do,” he said.
