MoreNASHVILLE, TN — Diller Technologies, Inc. (DTI), recently launched a website to show how building automation systems (bas) are sold and supported. The site, www. BASparts.com, sells and supports Novar Controls Corp. products.
Visitors can purchase the manufacturer’s parts and receive technical support. In addition, repair services, diagnostics, and technical support are available. The website also has assembled a nationwide network of independent contractors.
DTI also uses the Internet to sell packaged control systems called “e-Package Systems,” which include installation drawings, all control components, panels, software, graphics, owner training, checkout, and startup.
