Nov. 2, 2010: Johnson Controls Announces Agreement With Texas AirSystems

DALLAS - Johnson Controls announced an agreement with Texas AirSystems LLC to represent its products in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Texas AirSystems will partner with the North American Systems Branch of Johnson Controls to offer centrifugal, screw, and scroll chillers; air-handling units; VAV boxes; fan coils; and controls to the company’s customers.

“Texas AirSystems has built an outstanding reputation in the region through its quality customer service and skilled HVAC sales professionals,” said Joe Walicki, vice president and general manager, Systems North America, Building Efficiency, Johnson Controls. “We look forward to extending our reach into the Dallas/Fort Worth area with a partner that represents a similar vision of quality products and customer service.”

Texas AirSystems joins the Johnson Controls sales network of 54 agents and 133 direct branches across North America. Texas AirSystems consists of 160 employees and has been in business since 1978.
