The ProContractorMX™ version 2.5 offers new capabilities for project execution. An all-in-one construction management solution, ProContractorMX provides end-to-end control from takeoff and estimating through job cost accounting and project management. The release of 2.5 offers more functionality to optimize project execution for maximum profitability. The ProContractorMX Connect allows access to up-to-date project information whether in the office or in the field. Using the latest mobile devices, project managers can easily and conveniently access all of their important documents and reports. Document Management helps contractors create, track, organize, and manage the numerous documents associated with every project; build meaningful, online “paper” trails; and set alerts for critical due dates. The Payroll Electronic Filing allows contractors to utilize ProContractorMX for electronic tax filing for more seamless and convenient workflow. After processing payroll, the solution generates tax file information and can create e-files (or magnetic media) suitable for filing to state and federal agencies. The Building Information Modeling (BIM) feature allows contractors to import items easily from a BIM file and populate an estimate with cost items and quantities.
