Lennox Aids National Firms

DALLAS - Lennox Industries is providing large national businesses a completely integrated solution for controlling comfort and limiting operating expenses. Starting last month, Fort Lauderdale-based Industrial Building Services (IBS) became Lennox National Account Services.

IBS has offered vital HVAC support services for 26 years, and has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Lennox International since 1999. The new Lennox National Account Services will help national chains control costs, extend the life of their equipment, and make the most of their HVAC investments.

“Lennox National Account Services will provide services designed specifically for large, multi-site organizations with locations across the United States and Canada. We’re offering standardized repair pricing nationwide for the top 85 percent of HVAC repairs and our own NATE-certified technicians will provide the service,” said Susan Herndon, vice president, Commercial Sales, for Lennox Industries. “Lennox will also provide an asset management program to help national accounts manage their capital.”

The national account services are designed to extend total cost of ownership savings beyond initial equipment costs through customized service programs. Some of the services that will be offered include: equipment appraisals, equipment operation checks, mechanical startup, turnkey equipment replacement, unit controls commissioning, first-year warranty service and maintenance, an extended warranty program, and planned maintenance.

“We’re pleased to now offer these services under the Lennox brand,” said Herndon. “We’re looking forward to reaching more national accounts this way.”
