Air Duct Board-AGM can be used in cooling, heating, or dual-temperature duct construction and insulation applications. This product has a lightweight glass mat on the airstream surface of the duct board. The duct board has AGM facing on one side and Foil-Scrim-Kraft (FSK) facing on the opposite side. The duct board is available in thicknesses of 1, 1.5, and 2 inches (2.5, 3.8, and 5 cm) in EI-475 and EI-800 variations. It is suitable for applications with velocities up to 5,000 fpm (1,524 mpm), 2-inch water gauge static pressure (498 pascals), and operating temperatures up to 250 degrees F (121 degrees C). The company says the airstream surface is treated with an EPA-registered antimicrobial agent to prevent mold and fungal growth.
