Smog-Hog® kitchen emission control systems remove grease and smoke particles from kitchen air, to prevent environmental problems and neighborhood odor complaints, says the manufacturer. Designed to eliminate grilling, frying, and charbroiling emissions, the systems provide a self-regulating power pack that maintains continual high efficiency over a variable range of cooking conditions so that only clean air is released, the company says. The units are available for any air volume or building design parameters, offering in-line duct, rooftop, and in-hood systems.
