Emerson Climate Technologies is celebrating its 100 millionth Copeland Scroll™ compressor milestone with an innovative global program designed to celebrate compressor technology and the people who make them.
It was 1987 and while the Copeland Scroll technology was entering the HVAC marketplace. The technology ushered in a new phase of energy efficiency for the residential HVAC industry and also became a standard in the commercial and refrigeration sectors.
Emerson Climate Technologies Inc. has announced the promotion of Brandy Powell to vice president of Variable Speed. In this role, Powell will be responsible for global strategy development, product line management, and new product development for Emerson’s variable speed compression technologies.
Danfoss will bring its Technology Theater to Phoenix on April 9; La Mirada, Calif., on April 11; East Elmhurst, N.Y., on April 24; and Cherry Hill, N.J., on April 25.
