KANSAS CITY, MO — Dick McKinley, an American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning dealer with the O’Connor Co. in Kansas City, MO, recently received American Standard’s North Central Region Sales Achievement Award for 2001. The award recognizes “outstanding sales results and unwavering commitment to customer service.”

McKinley has been in the hvac industry for more than 26 years and has been with O’Connor since 1993. In the past four years, he has enlisted the services of 43 American Standard dealers in the Kansas City area and is currently recording sales in excess of $4 million.

“From helping other dealers make retail sales calls to working endless hours on area home shows, Dick’s commitment to his job, the American Standard brand, and his customers is outstanding,” said Paul Trotter, American Standard national brand sales and marketing manager.
