July 8, 2003: Trane Launches Large Rooftop Replacement Program

PISCATAWAY, N.J. — Trane has launched a new large rooftop replacement program for contractors. The program offers contractors a 5 percent rebate on orders for Trane’s Intellipak or Voyager III commercial air conditioning rooftop systems that are used to replace comparable equipment. To qualify for the rebate, contractors must place an order and submit a rebate form with the nameplate of the replacement unit by August 31, 2003.

“Convincing owners to replace old, inefficient, high maintenance equipment with the new Intellipak and Voyager systems is a great way to generate business, especially while new building construction remains slack,” stated Philip Smyth, product manager, Trane Commercial Systems.

Intellipak and Voyager III rooftop systems are designed for multi-story office buildings, hotels, schools, and municipal and industrial facilities. For more information about the rebate program, contractors should contact Philip Smyth at 931-648-5948 or e-mail philip.smyth@trane.com.
