Jonas Mobile allows field service technicians to interact directly with the Jonas dispatch and accounting solution from the field. Using a PDA device, technicians are able to accept and update work orders from the client site. They also can present customers with detailed and professional work orders on the spot. Technicians can create and schedule new work orders while on the jobsite without making a call to the dispatcher. A technician does not need to be in mobile range to edit, print, or create work orders.
