ICx Photonics: Gas Sensor Module

The SensorChip-CO2-4P is a Micro Electro Mechanical Systems- (MEMS-) based carbon dioxide (CO2) gas sensor module, designed for the industrial gas-sensing arena. It can also be used for any CO2 sensing application where a 4P form factor is desirable and an OEM module is required. The module has a sealed sensor using infrared measurement, therefore is immune to the effects of aging and hysteresis, says the company. The product’s patented spectral tuning capability allows for wavelength specificity for IR emission and absorption, making the sensor highly gas specific and power efficient.
