MoreThe “Saf-T Vent EZ Seal” is a new special gas vent for residential applications. It features a built-in, high-temperature gas and moisture seal, and patented ring-and-tab closure system, says the company. The vent requires no RTV sealant, simplifying installation and enabling immediate use of the system without curing or a break-in period, the company says. The factory-adhered, fixed-in-place seal ensures proper seating for a secure fit, and it is better able to prevent rolling, slipping, or tearing during assembly, says the manufacturer.
