Get Rid of Hidden Costs

In an effort to address what it calls “hidden costs” and “difficulties in program administration,” the refrigerant reclaim company Hudson Technologies is introducing what it calls a Platinum Reclamation Program.

The program is designed to “assist wholesalers in maximizing the effectiveness of their programs for the reclamation and recycling of HCFC refrigerants,” said Kevin Zugibe, Hudson’s chairman and chief executive officer.

“The program eliminates many hidden costs which can create difficulties in program administration and in some cases made the programs unprofitable.”

Zugibe said the program has “customized services to meet the unique needs of every wholesaler at one all-inclusive price.”

Among services listed were reclamation, cylinder maintenance, repackaging of HCFCs, refrigerant disposal, and the opportunity to sell refrigerant back to Hudson.

“The bundling of these services in a clean, concise package delivers a program without any hidden or unforeseen cost,” Zugibe said.
