The program provides a single source for all service agreement requirements regardless of equipment manufacturer. Claim procedures are said to be simple with fast turnaround. ASHRAE

The impact of moisture and microbes on health will be examined at the IAQ 2001 conference sponsored by ASHRAE. A call for papers has been announced. Abstracts are invited in such categories as laboratory and field studies evaluating relationships between moisture and microbial growth in buildings and building materials.
