Friedrich Air Conditioning Co.: DUCTLESS A/C
The company’s latest line of ductless split systems includes new models and configurations. New wall-mounted units are available in capacities from 9,400 to 29,500 Btu. Features include swing louvers for even air distribution and low ambient operation in cooling mode, says the company. A ceiling-suspended system offers 36,500 Btu with a SEER of 10. The new universal-mount system gives the installer the option of placing the unit on the floor against an outside wall or hanging the unit from the ceiling. A ceiling cassette model is available in 24,000 Btu with a SEER of 10.2.
