Cryo-Jet units offer substantial benefits for ambient and chilled air cooling requirements including faster cooling, energy conservation, shorter cooling conveyors, and reduced floor space requirements, says the company. Applications include installing them between ovens/fryers and mechanical freezers, which allows the cooling units to remove sensible heat, enabling mechanical or blast freezers to operate longer between defrost cycles, according to the manufacturer.
