Ice-only models have been added to the line of Symphony™ ice and water dispensers. These new ice-only models are extensions of the 12 Series, storing 12 pounds of ice and producing up to 400 pounds of ice a day. According to the manufacturer, the 12CI400A-LI (lever dispense) and the 12CI400A-SI (SensorSAFE™ infrared dispense) are compact, 16-inch-wide icemaker-dispensers that make and provide hands-free dispensing of ice for improved sanitation compared to scooping ice out of open bins or containers. They are specifically designed to offer customers a more sanitary way to provide ice, especially in offices and smaller retail establishments. The dispensers produce high-quality Chewblet® ice.
