EDC International Inc.: Condensate Removal System

The Pacific condensate removal system has been designed with a built-in alarm system relay, thermal protection, and electronic control. The condensate system does not have a float, which means it does not have any moving parts to fail or jam, the company says. A conductive electronic water-sensing strip, in a reservoir small enough to fit almost any mini-split ductless air conditioning system, actuates the pump in the presence of water, states the manufacturer. The separate pump body can pump up to 18 feet vertically and 100 feet horizontally.
