The company has added a model to its Fax Logger line, the FX320™ K-thermocouple temperature fax/e-mail logger with alarm. The unit is a temperature datalogger that records and sends data to the user via fax or e-mail. It plugs into any standard phone outlet and can monitor temperature ranges from 0? to 220?F, says the company. In addition, it features a remote K-thermocouple probe which ensures fast and accurate temperature measurements for monitoring either a low-temperature freezer or a high-temperature oven, the company says.
