Cooper B-Line Introduces Mechanical Promise Program

HIGHLAND, Ill. - Cooper B-Line announced its Mechanical Promise Program, a tool to help manage distributors’ inventory goals and increase their bottom line.

The Promise Program offers Cooper B-Line distributor partners a mix of products, service, training, and resources. Participants in the Mechanical Promise Program automatically receive shipping on qualified products within 24 hours, and additionally receive priority handling for any requested quotation.

“Cooper B-Line’s Mechanical Promise Program is yet another example of our continued commitment to superior customer service,” said Kevin Kissling, president of Cooper B-Line. “We’re pleased to provide loyal B-Line distributor partners with fast shipping to help quickly and efficiently meet their inventory needs.”

Cooper B-Line features a broad selection of qualified products for the Mechanical Promise Program, including bolted framing, pipe hangers, and spring steel fasteners.

In addition, members of the Promise Program will also benefit from Tray2Day, a service program structured to meet the urgent cable tray delivery needs of distribution partners. Orders placed before noon now ship the next business day, while orders placed after noon ship the day after the next business day.

The Tray2Day Program includes multiple cable tray sizes and strengths to satisfy a wide variety of applications. A range of Cooper B-Line cable tray products are eligible for the program, including light-duty steel, aluminum, and heavy-duty aluminum, as well as the Redi-Rail™ aluminum cable tray line.
