Communications Services: Equant

Equant (Amsterdam, The Netherlands) announces that it has been awarded a $10 million, five-year contract by Ingersoll-Rand Co. (Woodcliff Lake, NJ) to provide global data communications services to 90 Ingersoll-Rand offices spanning 21 countries worldwide. Equant's local area network (LAN) access service will be used for end-to-end management of the global LAN.
