The company has developed a new single-component, self-leveling, pourable sealer for roof penetrations. By elimin-ating the mixing process, “1-Part” reduces the labor of installing a penetra-tion seal to as little as 3 min, says the company. The product is said to eliminate waste in small sealing jobs where less than 1 gal of sealer is required. The unused product can be saved for other work by covering the cartridge tip with foil. The sealer skins over in less than an hour and cures to a depth of 2 in. in seven to 14 days, forming a solid, waterproof, rubber seal, the company says.
