Enterprise Estimate 5.0 is a series of software modules that allow HVAC service companies to automate their estimating and parts requisition workflow process. The parts requisition module uses MapPoint technology to automatically determine the parts distributors closest to the jobsite. The database comes with current HVAC vendor and parts information on Trane, Carrier, and Lennox products, which saves the service company from purchasing a third-party database or spending time entering initial parts and vendor information, states the company. Businesses can also import information from existing databases. According to the company, information can be kept up to date using the maintenance interfaces for customer and vendor information.
