C2000 Unveils Customer Service Course

WHITE BEAR LAKE, Minn. — Contractors 2000 recently held a new workshop for Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing contractors. The workshop, called CSR Live!, debuted in Denver, and the event drew 37 CSRs from member shops. According to the association, the new workshop received high ratings from attendees.

The workshop is based on a self-study CSR training program developed by the organization in 2001. The program covers essentials in residential service contractor business, including the “do’s and don’ts” when dealing with customers, plus sample scripts and selling skills. The workshops use role-playing, exercises, and exchanges of real-life experience to educate members.

Contractors 2000 plans to bring the CSR workshop to several cities across the United States, including Atlanta, Cincinnati, Boston, and Philadelphia. For more information, call 888-609-5490 or go to www.contractors2000.com.
