WHITE BEAR LAKE, Minn. — Contractors 2000 announced the top 10 winners of its annual Customer Satisfaction Audit (CSA). The CSA was performed by an independent market research firm to identify factors that influence how customers perceive household service and repair firms. Factors were narrowed to workmanship, promptness and dependability, customer relations, price, and overall satisfaction.

Members of Contractors 2000 who ranked in the top 10 of the audit are: Carter Service Company (Greenwood, Ind.), Christian Plumbing & Mechanical (Murphy, N.C.), Gordon Air Conditioning & Associates (Crestview, Fla.), Herrmann Plumbing Company (Cincinnati), Keith Lawson Company Inc. (Tallahassee, Fla.) Marvin Maeser Plumbing (Louisville, Ky.), Patterson Plumbing & Heating (Pueblo, Colo.), Runnemede Heating Co. Inc. (Runnemede, N.J.), Zins Plumbing (Cincinnati), and the No. 1 contractor, TriCity Refrigeration Inc. (Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.).
