MoreThe UltraTouch HVAC duct liner is made from natural fibers. According to the manufacturer, this thermally bonded acoustic/thermal duct liner insulation contains no fiberglass, formaldehyde, or harmful irritants, and offers extremely strong noise-reduction properties and mold/mildew protection. The airstream surface of the duct liner is overlaid with a durable, fire-resistant black facing. Both the insulation and the facing are treated with an EPA-registered antimicrobial agent, the manufacturer says.
