COLORADO SPRINGS, CO — As a supplement to a sample “Mold Liability Agreement” for residential contractors (see the April 8, 2002 feature “Texas Contractor Tackles Mold Liability Head-on”), the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors (PHCC) have developed a similar sample agreement for commercial contractors.
