AUSTIN, Texas - The Associated Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors of Texas Charitable and Educational Foundation has awarded a total of $17,000 in scholarships to multiple students for the 2006-07 school year. The scholarships were awarded on the basis of academic ability, school participation, and community involvement. The APHCC-Texas Charitable and Educational Foundation has awarded a total of $65,000 in scholarships in the past three years.
