American Standard Welcomes New Midwest Distributors

Young Supply Co. and Duncan Supply Co. recently joined the American Standard Heating & Air Conditioning family of distributors.

Young Supply, based in Chesterfield Township, Mich., will serve dealers across Michigan and northwest Ohio through its 16 branch locations. Duncan Supply, with eight branch locations, will serve dealers surrounding its Indianapolis headquarters across Indiana and in eastern Illinois.

Both firms were attracted to American Standard because of the product quality and the strength of the brand name. “We were also impressed with the level of support and training,” said Richard Fine, Duncan Supply president. Ron Vallan, president of Young Supply, said being part of American Standard’s success story should help grow Young’s bottom line. “American Standard products have features my customers want and features that make it easier for dealers to install and service. That’s a win-win.”

Both Young Supply and Duncan Supply have more than 70 years of business experience serving HVAC dealers and installers. “We are pleased to have distributors of that caliber joining our growing family,” said Jamie Byrne, American Standard vice president of sales. “Dealers will enjoy their commitment to service and responsiveness.”
