First in a series of three-in-one multiprocess, fully integrated portable welding systems is the Thermal Arc® Fabricator® 181i system. It is designed for many MIG, stick, and TIG applications. The welding system delivers up to 180 A of welding output power. Weighing less than 33 pounds in a small compact system enables the user to go from job to job as easily as one can go from MIG to stick to TIG welding. The system comes with a comprehensive list of standard features including detailed weld setup guide for optimum welding performance over a wide range of materials and shielding gases; digital meters with preview; infinitely variable voltage control; metal feed plate with quick-change drive rolls; and a receptacle for connecting remote control devices/spool gun. Tweco® and Victor® accessories can be used with the system.
