Indoor Sciences Inc. of Chicago recently added another site to its “IAQ Website of the Month” listing. The group selected the Website produced by Environmental Health Perspectives, the peer-reviewed journal of the U.S. National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (www.ehponline.org).

Ian Cull of Indoor Sciences said, “If you’re already familiar with the journal and their Website, I want to recommend a specific page you should add to your bookmarks. My favorite page on the site is where they organize all their past articles by topic. This is a tremendous resource whenever you want to look up information on a specific topic.

“If you are not familiar with the publication, you are in for a treat. There are hundreds of articles that cover topics pertinent to the indoor environment. In my opinion, this is the best free online journal for IAQ consultants. Why is it free? If you are a U.S. taxpayer, then it’s not totally free. It is funded by the National Institutes of Health [www.nih.gov].”

On this Website, visitors can sign up to receive an e-mail alert when the newest monthly issue is available. This month’s issue has an article about how bacteria travel throughout the world.
