Contractor Success Group to Close, ISL to Open

DALLAS, TX — Contractor Success Group (CSG), an hvac contractor organization owned by Service Experts Inc., is dissolving at the end of this month and will become International Service Leadership Inc. (ISL) on March 1.

According to ISL president Bill Efird, the former president of CSG, ISL intends to offer “unparalleled services and unprecedented levels of support to hvac contractors throughout North America.

“After thorough study and discussion, we determined the expanded vision Service Experts has developed to help all contractors better meet the challenges of our rapidly changing industry can no longer be adequately addressed through CSG.”

Efird added that ISL will offer “the foremost hvac industry training, programs, and support materials,” including:

  • State-of-the-art training institute sites across North America;
  • Membership levels to meet varying contractor needs;
  • Buying group advantages;
  • Marketing and advertising assistance;
  • Networking and idea sharing;
  • Performance enhancement programs; and
  • Business forms and solutions assistance.
  • “ISL intends to be the new industry standard,” Efird said, “Working directly with contractors, we will build an organization that represents the finest hvac knowledge and ability.

    “We will offer contractors ways to work smarter and potentially realize greater profit and success than ever before.”

    Service Experts Inc. is a subsidiary of Lennox International Inc. and operates over 220 hvac retail service centers throughout North America.
