R.E. Michel Co. (Glen Burnie, MD) has purchased the significant assets of The Dearing Company, an Atlanta, GA-based wholesale-distributor. Doing business as Cooling & Heating Supply, Dearing has six locations in the Atlanta area and one location in northwest Georgia serving Chattanooga, TN-area contractors.
