Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010: Carel Presents Driver for Evaporator Control That Can Manage Two Valves

ORLANDO, Fla. - Carel is announcing a further expansion of its “EXV sistema” range of refrigerant control valves and drivers (including transcritical CO2) on refrigerating units with capacities from 1 kW (1/4 ton) to 2,000 kW (560 ton). The EVD Evolution series control drivers have been enhanced with new functions, with the introduction of the TWIN version.

EVD Evolution TWIN provides two independent drivers in one instrument: two valves can be controlled independently using just one 4 DIN module, says the company. The TWIN driver features a user-friendly graphic display for simple and effective management of evaporator operating parameters.
