Watts Radiant: Infrared Thermometer

The digital infrared thermometer can be used to identify heat loss from a room, find air-locked circuits, measure pipe temperatures, and for other radiant heating uses, the manufacturer states. The display can be switched back and forth between Fahrenheit and Celsius. The temperature range of the Inframeterâ„¢ is -27.4 degrees to 428 degrees F (-33 degrees to 220 degrees C). With a 1-second response time, the unit has a 1:1 optics ratio. It comes in a foam-cushioned, hinged metal case with a strap, instructions, and an extra battery. The unit's battery life is 40 hours of continuous use.
