  • Star Gas Partners, L.P. (Minneapolis, MN), has announced results for the second quarter and six months ended March 31, 2000, and declared its minimum quarterly distribution of $0.571¼2 per unit on common units, payable May 15.
  • Northwest Natural Gas Co. (NW Natural) (Portland, OR), reported consolidated earnings applicable to common stock of $31 million for the three months ending March 31, 2000, up from $23.4 million in the first quarter of 1999.
