MoreHOUSTON, TX — Two Houston-area hvacr contractors are among nine U.S. contractors who were recently acquired by Blue Dot Services Inc. of Sunrise, FL. The two contractors are Air Texas Mechanical of Houston and G.L. Mack Enterprises of League, TX.
Blue Dot is a national provider of hvacr and related services, with 83 locations in 26 states at the close of the fourth quarter, 2001.
“We plan to continue to build a premier organization through targeted acquisitions,” said Blue Dot president and ceo Dan Newell. “We are committed to revolutionizing this industry by meeting consumer demand for a single-source provider of value-added service.”
The two new Texas acquisitions join five other existing Blue Dot companies in the Lone Star state.
