SHOREVIEW, Minn. - TSI Inc. announced the acquisition of instrument product lines owned by Airflow Developments Limited (ADL), a company based in High Wycombe, England. TSI acquired the test instruments portion of ADL's business, including manufacturing, assembly, and the sales and service operation based in High Wycombe.

Airflow serves the instrument markets of heating, ventilation, and building services. The company's products complement TSI's Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and Ventilation Test Instruments product lines. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

TSI Inc. designs and manufactures precision instruments used to measure flow, particulate, and other key parameters in the environment.
