The Smart Components™ line includes 13 SEER air conditioning condensing units with Microchannel technology. Furnaces in the line are air conditioner- and heat pump-ready. Evaporator coils from the line can work with any manufactured housing-type furnace.
The ThermaCAM® BCAM SD infrared (IR) camera helps users monitor and diagnose the condition of buildings quickly and view crisp thermal images on the 3.5-inch color LCD, the company said. The built-in laser LocatIR™ helps the user associate the hot spot on the IR image with the physical target.
The VRV® III air conditioning system is the seventh generation of the company’s original VRV. It features 460-V three-phase power supply, larger capacity up to 20 tons, connection up to 41 indoor units from one piping network, and excellent part-load efficiency performance.
New units have been
added to the company’s bent tube unit heater line - a Hot Dawg-branded,
low-profile, bent tube unit heater with a 100,000- and 125,000-Btuh input.
These gas-fired heaters are designed for use with either natural gas or
propane.
The three-way Characterized Control Valve (CCV) now offers expanded range with higher Cv ratings, Cv ratings comparable to globe valves, and a more cost-effective alternative. The valve has a Cv range of 0.3 to 83, which, says the company, complements the Cv range of the two-way CCV line.
The VCR-301 is a valve core remover tool for Schrader valves used in residential a/c and commercial/industrial a/c and refrigeration systems. It uses a flexible 5/16-inch-long nonslipping Viton® molded sleeve with accepting concave opening that directs the core pinhead to the center of the molded sleeve.
New models have been added to the manufacturer’s line of two-way standard side wheel manifolds. The models feature gauges that measure various combinations of the most common refrigerants used in the HVACR industry. Designed for accuracy and ease of use, the products feature easy-to-read universal gauges.
The Flowzone™ allows each employee to tailor the temperature of their work environment to meet specific needs. The system provides up to 35 custom, user-defined zones, each with a register that uses infrared technology to continuously monitor the environment.
The URCO (Ultimate) Series refrigeration hard
starts provide a high torque start. They are designed to operate with or
without run capacitors. The series provides protection for all applications,
says the company. The pre-wired units are available for use on compressors from
1/12 to 1/2 hp, 120 V.
The WLD is a device designed to transport LonWorks communication data over short and extended ranges using the 900 MHz frequency (902-928). By connecting the devices to an existing Lon network, an expansive wireless Lon network can be established while eliminating additional nodes in the network.
