The ETL SEMKO division of Intertek Testing Services(ITS; Boxborough, MA) announces that it has signed a mutual recognition agreement (MRA) recognized by the Congress of the Estados Unidos Mexicanos with Intertek Testing Services de Mexico, the company’s laboratory in Mexico. The MRA enables manufacturers located outside Mexico to use local ETL SEMKO labs for the product testing required to gain access to the Mexican market.
