New “eBuilding” controllers are based on the Microsoft CE operating system and provide full BACnet® compliance. The controllers communicate over Internet-ready TCP/IP Ethernet LANs. The units supply system information, alarms, and schedules using a standard Web page format, allowing building managers to view and interact with their hvacr systems using Microsoft’s Internet Explorer Web browser.
