Superior Signal Co. Inc.: PORTABLE GAS DETECTOR
The PD-100 pocket-sized gas detector is as small as a screwdriver, the company says. The product detects the location of leaks in gas lines, fittings, and equipment. It is designed to check for leaks involving natural gas, propane, or compressed natural gas (CNG) in furnaces, water heaters, cooking equipment, and other appliances. According to the manufacturer, the detector is sensitive enough to detect 10% LEL, and offers both audible and visual alarms.
