SUPCO Acquires Climate Technology

ALLENWOOD, N.J. - Sealed Unit Parts Co. (SUPCO) acquired Climate Technology Corp. (CTC), Memphis, Tenn., including all rights to intellectual property and assets of Climate Technology Corp.’s complete product offering, such as mechanical, digital, programmable, and nonprogrammable wall thermostats.

SUPCO has been the master distributor for CTC since Feb. 2003. “We are excited about the opportunity for continued growth for this primary product line,” said Chris Mancuso, CEO, SUPCO. “This acquisition allows us to provide a high-quality, economical thermostat to our customers for years to come.”
