The self-contained Flow-Dry™ Cartridge desiccant package is engineered for increased filtration and fluid flow performance when controlling system moisture in automotive air conditioning receivers, says the company. The unit is designed to eliminate the eight or nine drier assembly components characteristic of many bulk filling operations, the company says. Its filters and tracer wafer are preassembled and sealed in a rigid container. The patent-pending adjustable lid is said to provide application flexibility by allowing use of various desiccant volumes and weights.
