ST. LOUIS, MO — Condaire Inc., a St. Louis-based mechanical contractor, has established a service division through the acquisition of the repair and maintenance unit of Climate Engineering Corp. Climate has 50 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC service.

The new service division, known as Climate Service Corp., will offer customized planned maintenance programs, replacement and renovation services, and 24-hour emergency repair service.
