The USTS Universal Steam Trap Station is designed for testing, isolation, and changeout of steam traps. The steam trap station combines an inlet isolation/blowdown valve and an outlet isolation/test valve. The valves are three-way, plug-type (on-off-test) units. The station will support the company's as well as third-party universal connector-type steam traps. Two models of the steam trap station are available. The standard model has a maximum operating pressure rating of 300 psig, with a maximum operating temperature of 421 degrees F (198 degrees C). The USTS-HP (high-pressure) model is rated at 650 psig and 750 degrees F (399 degrees C). Available line sizes include 1/2- and 3/4-inch NPT.
