The Solar Star® is a solar-powered attic fan. Unlike typical non-motorized roof ventilators, this unit is powered, operating completely on solar energy that is continuously collected and converted to electric power by a solar panel. The unit features a sleek, contemporary design; rugged, metal housing; and advanced solar panel for optimal performance, the company says. Providing up to 1,200 sq ft of circulation coverage, the built-in motor exchanges air at a rate of up to 800 cfm.
