BOCA RATON, FL — The Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association (SMACNA) elected new members to its board of directors and installed its new executive committee. The new leaders will serve from Oct. 24, 2001 to Oct. 24, 2002. President Ron Rodgers, J.B. Rodgers Mechanical Contractors Inc. — Kinetics (Phoenix, AZ);
President-elect Jack Desmond, Cox Engineering Co. (Canton, MA);
Secretary/treasurer Mark C. Watson, Climate Engineers Inc. (Cedar Rapids, IA);
Vice president Kevin Harpring, Harpring Inc. (Louisville, KY); and
Immediate past president Phil Meyers, Bright Sheet Metal Company Inc. (Indianapolis, IN).
